My wife and I were in the mood for some noodle soup while in Las Vegas, so we decided to try Noodle Asia at The Venetian after finding it on Yelp. Even though there was a bit of a wait during dinner time, we didn't mind. The staff was friendly and efficient, offering us seats at the bar, which gave us a great view of the kitchen action. We ordered the wonton noodle soup and the duck noodle soup. Both of the dishes were delicious. For a restaurant on the Strip, the prices were reasonable, and the food quality made it worth it. If you're in the area and craving some good noodle soup, Noodle Asia is definitely a spot to check out.

The wonton soup was perfect, exactly what I needed and lots of flavor. The service was great too

The beef chow fun was phenomenal. Very flavorful and delicious, hit the spot for a late snack! We also ordered a chicken congee that had no taste and the chicken was pale white and looked fake almost. So that was a flop :( Overall service was nice, fast, and attentive, seated quickly! Right in the museum area for easy access so def noisy environment but not anything outside my expectations or bothersome. Pricey for Chinese food, but that is to be expected when the location is within one of the casinos.

Super yummy, very reasonably priced, and open late! I could have eaten here every day. The Taiwanese beef noodle soup was incredible. My friends' dishes were also delicious. The service was super quick, and dishes came out as they were ready, which I prefer.

Another visit: -Spicy Asian Cucumbers- 4/5 star Light and crunchy. Just a tad of both spicy, vinegar and sugar. Maybe a little light on vinegar for my taste. Very decent. -Seared shrimp chive dumpling- 5/5 Awesome textures and flavors and not overly full of chive flavor. This is the best we've had anywhere including SF Bay Area. -Har gow- 3/5 Solidly ok. Not super, not bad. Would still order again -Special PHO Vietnamese style 3/5 Decent flavor, could have used more meat noodles done well -Sichuan beef noodle- 5/5 This one checked all the boxes for me: decent soft melt in your mouth beef=yes. Noodles with body and chew=yes, enough spice to be spicy but not make you cry?=yes -BBQ combo soup- 3/5 Just ok to me. BBQ pork was decent but not enough. Noodles were thin type, but not glass noodle. Not best for my taste. This was ok, but not that enjoyable. Also had 3 drinks: Arnold Palmer, mango ice tea and boba milk tea. Arnold and mango were both 5/5. Excellent taste. Nicely done. Boba drink was a 4/5, good but not extremely good. -Service still good. Ambiance still very good.

Christmas Day tradition of having Chinese food, even in Las Vegas! The line wrapped around the hall, but I went up to the hostess and said sit anywhere counter fine only two persons. Within 20 minutes we did get a seat at the counter, which was greatly entertaining since we could watch the kitchen, the chefs are busy the sounds are great the restaurant is full. The food came out quickly and it was delicious. Great food selection, well priced easily accessible in the hotel food courts. This was a great choice for a family dinner.
